Para aquellos que en la pasada generación tuvieron una Xbox 360, esta puerta que abrió Microsoft hace algún tiempo permitiendo que algunos de sus juegos funcionen en Xbox One ha sido una bendición. Sobre todo porque aquí podemos revisitar esos clasicazos que tanto nos gustaron sin tener que volver a conectar la vieja consola a la televisión.

Ahora ha sido Microsoft la que ha anunciado seis nuevos títulos que, como podréis imaginar, pertenecen a algunas de las franquicias más celebradas de los últimos años. Tal y como avanzó en su blog el célebre Major Nelson, ya son compatibles con Xbox One Bordelands 2, Assassin"s Creed Rogue, Gyromancer, Moon Diver, Space Invaders Infinity Generation y The King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match.


Si disponéis de cualquier de ellos en formato físico solo tendréis que introducir el disco y empezar a jugar. Del mismo modo, si alguno de estos nombres los habéis conseguido en digital a través del Bazar de Xbox, entonces solo lo tendréis que buscar en vuestra biblioteca de títulos, descargarlo y ya está.
GTA IV también retrocompatible
En los últimos tiempos hemos tenido alguna que otra alegría en este apartado de la retrocompatibilidad de Xbox One. Si recordáis, Red Dead Redemption se subió al carro de la next-gen el pasado 8 de julio y hace pocas fechas también lo hicieron GTA IV y uno de sus contenidos (por aquel entonces) descargables: GTA IV Episodes from Liberty City. En esa misma remesa llegaron Hitman Absolution o LEGO Indiana Jones que, de momento, no ha sido remasterizado para PS4 o Xbox One por Warner (Harry Potter, por ejemplo, sí).
Esta retrocompatibilidad, que ha sido muy celebrada por los más fieles a las consolas de Microsoft está por ver que se mantenga con la ¿siguiente generación? You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login de Los Ángeles y que de momento Phil Spencer ya ha dicho que será compatible con Xbox One. Así que si lo es con la actual máquina de los norteamericanos en el mercado? ¿por qué no lo iba a ser con los juegos de Xbox 360?
